Job summary

Bit Harmony is seeking a capable team lead for the injection moulding area in our Talegaon Dabhade facility. The role involves supervising a team of machine operators on a high-capacity line (>1000 tonnes) and ensuring production meets quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Plastic/Mech with a CIPET post diploma and at least 2 years in a team lead role in plastic injection molding, with hands-on experience on large-tonnage machinery.

Qualifications

• Diploma Plastic/Mech with CIPET post diploma.
• Minimum 2 years as team lead in plastic injection molding with exposure to 1000+ tonnage lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of machine operators in the injection moulding line.
• Ensure production adheres to OSHA and IATF16949 quality standards.
