Job summary

Kumar Elastomech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee the Injection Molding Department, guide day-to-day production, and ensure operations run smoothly.

You will manage manpower, monitor machines, and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room and Planning to meet targets and quality standards. The role requires practical experience in plastic injection molding, mold changes, and production planning, with a focus on 5S and safety.

Qualifications

• ITI (PPO) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech (Polymer) / CIPET.
• 510 years of experience in Plastic Injection Molding Production.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production activities in the Injection Molding Department.
• Manage manpower and allocate work effectively to achieve production targets.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve injection molding process-related issues.
• Plan and execute mold changing activities with minimum downtime.

• Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain daily production reports and shift handover records.

• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and parameter setting.
• Hands-on experience in mold changing and production planning.
• Good understanding of plastic raw materials and molding defects.
• Ability to handle manpower and work in rotational shifts.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the automotive plastic injection molding industry will be preferred.
