Job summary

Venus Hr Consultancy Surat is seeking a Production Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in pigments, chemicals, dyes & pigments, or agrochemical industries. The role focuses on leading production activities and ensuring targets are met, while managing shift operations and plant equipment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with reactors, dryers, filter presses, pumps, and related machinery, and will oversee manpower to maintain smooth production cycles in Ankleshwar, Gujarat.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Pigments, Chemical, Dyes & Pigments, or Agrochemical industries.
• Knowledge of shift handling, production processes, and manpower management.
