Job summary

You will coordinate with the production engineering team to optimize processes, monitor supervisors' performance, and drive productivity. 5-10 years of hands-on textile experience and PPC software proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in textile manufacturing industry as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Production Management principles, including planning, controlling, and optimizing processes.
• Excellent manpower handling skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Production Planning & Control systems (PPC) software is an added advantage.
