Job summary

Vision Esteem Chandigarh is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee complete production operations at its agro chemical manufacturing facility in Punjab. The role requires strategic production planning, scheduling and execution with a focus on quality, safety, and cost control.

The ideal candidate has 25+ years in Agro Chemicals or related chemical manufacturing, a B.Tech in Chemical, and strong leadership to manage plant teams and drive efficiency in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of experience in Agro Chemical / Pesticides / Chemical Mfg.
• Qualification: B.Tech Chemical pref
• Strong leadership and plant management skills
• Knowledge of agro chemical formulations
