Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure production schedules are met.
• Monitor production processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Allocate manpower, machinery, and resources effectively.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines.
• Minimize downtime and address operational issues promptly.

Team Management

• Lead, guide, and motivate production workers and operators.
• Conduct shift briefings and assign daily tasks.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and discipline.
• Identify training needs and support skill development initiatives.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure products meet established quality standards and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to address quality concerns.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Promote workplace safety and investigate incidents when required.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
• Track production output, wastage, and machine performance.

• Provide regular updates to management on production performance.
