Neend Mattress is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our mattress manufacturing line in Tumakuru, Karnataka. You will supervise production activities, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with multiple teams to meet targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervision experience, a high school diploma (degree preferred), and a hands-on approach to improving processes and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Production Supervisor role.
