Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities for LED Drivers, SMPS and electronic circuits.
• Plan and allocate work to production.
• Monitor production targets, productivity, quality and delivery schedules.
• Perform and supervise testing of LED Drivers and SMPS.
• Troubleshoot and repair circuits.
• Coordinate with R&D to resolve production and technical issues.
• Ensure components are used according to BOM, specifications and approved samples.
• Maintain daily production reports.
• Coordinate with Store for component availability and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities for LED Drivers, SMPS, & Electronic Circuit.
• Plan and allocate work to production.
• Monitor production targets, productivity, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Perform and supervise testing of LED Drivers and SMPS.
• Troubleshoot and repairing of Circuits.
• Coordinate with the R&D to resolve production and technical issues.
• Ensure components are used according to the BOM, specifications, and approved samples.
• Maintain daily production, reports.
• Coordinate with Store for component availability and production requirements.

Key Skills Required

• Good practical knowledge of LED Drivers and SMPS.
• Good understanding of CC (Constant Current) and CV (Constant Voltage) Drivers and their applications.
• Knowledge of different types of LED Driver topologies and basic SMPS circuits.
• Good knowledge of PCB assembly, component mounting, soldering, and de-soldering.
• Proficiency in using measuring and testing instruments, including:
• Digital Multimeter
• DC Power Supply
• Electronic Load
• Wattmeter / Power Meter
• LCR Meter
• Other electronic testing equipment
• Ability to read and understand electronic circuit diagrams and schematics.
• Ability to prepare and maintain production and testing reports using MS Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in LED lighting Industry .
