Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a seasoned production professional to lead planning and execution at the Vasai facility. You will organize production schedules, oversee processes, and drive capacity planning while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, teamwork, and ability to manage performance across a production unit. LED display experience would be an added advantage for this position.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience in a production unit.
• LED display experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Planning and organizing production schedules and overseeing production processes.
• Responsible for overall production, capacity and material planning, inventory control and scheduling activities to maximize schedule adherence, customer service and delivery.
• Monitor and be responsible for the complete production LED display products.
• Ensure output meets defined parameters and quality.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to maintain quality and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Monitor and inspect products for quality assurance prior to dispatch.
• Maintain inventory records of products.
• Trace history of items to determine causes of discrepancies between inventory and stock.
• Coordinate the dispatch of products and ensure accurate labeling and packaging.
