The ideal candidate brings 3–6 years in production supervision, with a background in cosmetics, FMCG, pharma, or chemical manufacturing, and a Diploma/B.Tech/B.E.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, pharma, or chemical manufacturing.
• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or related field.
• Experience in handling 30+ manpower will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
• Manage manpower, shift planning, and work allocation.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, Stores, Planning, and Production teams.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, 5S, and safety standards.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate for breakdowns and maintenance.
• Maintain production records, batch documentation, and shift reports.
• Identify process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Minimize rejection, wastage, downtime, and production losses.
• Train and guide operators and production staff.
