Aviagen is seeking a Supervisor for Feed Mill to oversee feed production, maintain cleanliness, and manage stock and inventory for timely delivery to farms in the Coimbatore region.

The role emphasizes operational efficiency, safety compliance, and teamwork. Coordination with the lab for feed samples, documentation, and routine maintenance support are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document feed indents from farms
• Assist in feed production process
• Deliver feed on time to farms as per indents
• Documentation (Hard & soft copies)
• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance
• Good people management
• Coordinate with Laboratory for feed samples and mill monitoring
• Support inventory of all materials
• Stock maintenance and verification assistance
• Practise safety standards of the mill
• Ensure safety of mill employees
• Comply with Biosecurity and company policies
• Complete weekly plant fumigation
• May perform other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor

• Delivering feed on time to the farms as per the indents
• All kind of documentation works (Hard & soft copies)
• Performs required routine and preventive maintenance activities
• Good People management
• Coordinating with Laboratory for feed sample and mill monitoring
• Responsible to support the inventory of all materials
• Responsible for stock maintenance and assisting in stock verification
• Practising Safety standards of the mill
• Ensuring the safety of the mill employees
• Complying with Biosecurity and other Company Policies
• Complete weekly Plant fumigation
• May perform other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor
