Aum Staffing Services is seeking a Production Engineer for our Neemrana plant to lead production shifts, ensure quality, and maintain efficient processes. The role emphasizes 5S, Lean methods, and ISO system deployment on the shop floor while safeguarding safety and delivering targets.

The position requires a Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or related vocational engineering training, with a focus on practical production management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or engineering education aligned with production.
• Experience or exposure to manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Awareness of 5S, Lean, and ISO standards is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage shift for production, ensuring quality and timely output.
• Benchmark and improve processes to raise productivity and quality.
• Maintain MIS related to production activities.
• Apply 5S and Lean practices on the shop floor; deploy and maintain ISO systems.
• Ensure safety on the shop floor and foster a hazard-free environment.
• Achieve production targets on schedule; impart training to operators.
