Role Description

The Production Shift Incharge (Fabric Dyeing) is a full-time, on-site role based at the Dindigul facility. The role involves coordinating with supervisors and operators, planning shift activities, allocating manpower, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety procedures. The Production Shift Incharge will track production data, troubleshoot process or equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement in dyeing efficiency and fabric quality. The role also requires clear communication with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
