Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Senior Manager – Dyeing to lead dye-house operations in a leading textile manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes quality, on-time delivery, process improvements, and team development across the dyeing department.

You will drive cost optimization, analyze defects, and implement corrective actions while collaborating with planning, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Qualificações

• Degree in Textile Chemistry, Textile Technology, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of yarn dyeing operations experience in textile manufacturing.
• Knowledge of dyeing processes, dyestuff chemistry, and fiber behavior across wool, cotton, polyester, and silk.
• Experience in hank dyeing preferred; carpet yarn or specialty yarn dyeing is an advantage.
• Proven track record of managing shop-floor teams, improving processes, and reducing operational costs.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end dyeing operations for sample and bulk production, staying on schedule and meeting quality standards.
• Manage dyeing processes across fibers, ensuring shade consistency and process efficiency.

• Establish and enhance dyeing SOPs, process controls, and best practices across the department.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives through process optimization, waste reduction, and chemical utilization.
• Evaluate new dyes, chemicals, and dyeing techniques to boost performance.
• Lead, train, and develop dye-house teams to strengthen technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with planning, quality, and maintenance to ensure smooth production and equipment reliability.
• Monitor key metrics and prepare management reports.
