Kudu Knit Process is seeking an experienced Fabric Dyeing Lab Incharge to lead laboratory dyeing operations, lab dip development, and shade matching. You will oversee the transition of approved lab recipes to bulk production, ensure shade accuracy, receipe optimization, and color consistency across batches.

Key responsibilities include batch planning, coordination with production and quality departments, and driving process improvements while managing a small team and reporting on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabric dyeing lab operations and lab dip development.
• Ability to optimize receipes and ensure shade accuracy.
• Knowledge of reactive, disperse, acid, direct and other dyes.

Responsabilités

• Manage Laboratory Dyeing and Lab Dip Development.
• Coordinate Lab to Bulk Dyeing conversions.
• Handle customer shade approvals and color approvals.
• Manage Batch Planning and Receipe management.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
• Drive Quality Control and process improvements.
• Oversee team management and reporting.
• Utilize spectrophotometers and color matching software.

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Fabric Dyeing lab Incharge to manage laboratory dyeing operations, lab dip development, shade matching, customer shade approvals and the smooth transition of approved lab receipes to bulk production. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring shade accuracy, receipe optimazation, color consistency and effective coordination between the laboratory, bulk dyeing, production and quality deaprtments.
