• Lead breakdown maintenance and equipment repair with engineering stakeholders to minimize downtime.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Prepare shift reports covering production output, equipment status, and staffing.
• Conduct CBT‑01 at shift start with operators and technicians for follow‑up and action.
• Maintain harmonious relationships with stakeholders for better coordination and communication.
• Analyze and take action on process and production problems.
• Maintain good housekeeping and floor management through 5S.
