Job summary

Advance Power Display Systems in Mumbai is seeking a production planner to oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production plans. You will coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores, and Production teams to ensure a smooth workflow and on-time delivery.

The role focuses on monitoring schedules, optimizing capacity, maintaining MRP, and producing MIS reports to track performance. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold quality standards throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores, and Production departments for smooth workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Analyse production capacity and plan accordingly.
• Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Prepare Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
• Track production performance and prepare MIS reports.
• Identify production bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material availability.
• Maintain production documentation and records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
