Meenaatchi Corp (opc) is seeking a Production Planning and Control Executive in Sricity. The role requires a BE in Mechanical with 4–7 years of PPC experience. You will prepare daily, weekly and monthly plans aligned with demand forecasts and coordinate with production to meet delivery commitments.

You will manage material planning, inventories, and ERP data, generating routine reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to resolve material shortages and production issues

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical is required.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• English knowledge is essential; Tamil/Telugu preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand and forecasts.
• Monitor schedules and ensure on-time delivery and output.
• Coordinate with production and other functions to address constraints and deviations.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and generate reports on production, inventory, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Stores, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to execute plans.
• Support Kaizen/6S initiatives to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.

CoordinatewithProcurementandStoresteamstoensuretimelyavailabilityof
rawmaterialsandelectroniccomponents.
Monitorinventorylevelsandsupportinitiativestomaintainoptimumstock
levels.

ProductionMonitoring

Trackdailyproductionperformanceagainstactualplans.
Monitorwork-in-progress(WIP)andfinishedgoodsinventory.

ERP&Reporting

UpdateandmaintainproductionplanningdatainERPsystems.
Generatedaily,weekly,andmonthlyreportsrelatedtoproduction,inventory,and
deliveryperformance.
Ensureaccuracyofplanningandinventory-relatedrecords.

Cross-FunctionalCoordination
