Job summary

Barosi in Gurugram is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations and ensure smooth workflow. You will allocate tasks to the packaging team and verify products align with quality and safety standards.

You will monitor materials, maintain records, train staff, and coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse and Dispatch to meet daily targets while upholding cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Packaging/Production operations.
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Food Technology, Production, or a relevant field preferred.
• Good team-handling and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of packaging processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Ability to manage manpower and meet daily production targets.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
