Job summary

Minova Runaya in Rajasthan is seeking a shop floor operator to manage end-to-end machine operations on semi-automated lines and uphold SHES standards. You will calibrate equipment before production, fill check-sheets and ensure ongoing adherence to SOPs and quality parameters.

The role requires implementing 5S on the shop floor, maintaining machine upkeep, monitoring performance, and addressing any malfunctions.

Responsibilities

• End to end machine operations and upkeep.
• Calibrate the machine before the production begins and all the relevant Check-sheets are filled.
• Ensure the machines are regularly checked and cleaned.
• Monitor and control the machine performance and settings.
• Regularly conduct tests of the machine performance and operating capacity.
• Ensure all SOPs and Quality parameters are 100% complied.
• Feed raw materials into semi-automated machines.
• Fix any issues or malfunctions that may occur.
• Check the output of the machines and identify any issues.
• Keep an updated database on all of the machines information, defective units and final products.
• Implementing 5S on the shopfloor.
