Job summary

Harshplacements is seeking a skilled machine operator to set up, start, and run production machinery in line with specifications. You will ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently to meet daily targets in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

In this role you will monitor performance, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and assist with material management to maintain continuous production and minimum downtime.

• Machine operation: Set up, start, and operate machinery according to production specifications and schedules.
• Monitoring and quality control: Continuously monitor machine operations to ensure they are running efficiently and producing high-quality products. This includes conducting quality checks and making necessary adjustments.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, clean equipment, and troubleshoot minor issues to prevent downtime. Report significant problems to supervisors or maintenance technicians.
• Material management: Ensure machines are properly supplied with materials and assist with inventory management.
