Job summary

We are seeking an organized Merchandiser to manage product development, order coordination, production follow-up and timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. 1–5 years of merchandising experience preferred; freshers with relevant qualifications may be considered. Proactive communication with clients and teams is essential.

The role requires coordination across buyers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure orders meet specifications, timelines and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Business, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant merchandising experience preferred.
• Freshers with relevant qualifications may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers, clients, suppliers, and production teams.
• Understand customer requirements and product specifications.
• Prepare and maintain product, order, and production details.
• Follow up on samples, approvals, production, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with design and production teams for product development.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Conduct quality checks and coordinate with the quality team to resolve issues.
• Track raw materials, trims, accessories, and other production requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, samples, approvals, and deliveries.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding order status and requirements.
• Identify production delays and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare regular merchandising and order status reports.
• Ensure products are delivered according to required quality, quantity, and timelines.
