Job summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Production Merchandiser to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers and internal teams during the pre-production stage.
• Review and follow up on development samples, approvals, trims, fabrics, and production requirements.
• Ensure smooth communication between buyers, design, sourcing, and production teams.
• Maintain accurate records and track timelines to ensure timely execution.
• Understand colour standards, shade approvals, and garment construction requirements.
• Monitor critical paths and proactively resolve issues before production begins.
• Prepare and manage all pre-production documentation and approvals.

• Good written and spoken English.

Preferred Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in apparel merchandising, preferably in a pre-production or production merchandising role.
• Experience working with export buyers and garment manufacturing units will be an advantage.
