Job summary

ORG - Manufacturing Company specialized in Kitchen appliances is seeking an experienced Production Manager with 7–10 years of manufacturing know‑how. The role demands leadership of production teams, manpower planning and continuous improvement initiatives in a busy plant located near Attibele Industrial Area.

The candidate should be proficient in lean manufacturing concepts, 5S, Kaizen, OEE and TPM to drive efficiency, reduce downtime and control costs while ensuring quality across processes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of manufacturing experience in an industrial setup.
• Willing to work in Attibele Industrial Area.
• Able to handle Production Department independently.
• Hindi, English, Kannada, Tamil are preferred.
