Amitoje India is seeking a Production Head in Noida to own the shopfloor as a control tower, orchestrating people, machines, and timelines with precision and speed.

Role demands 5+ years in high-pressure manufacturing, senior production leadership, and experience in furniture/POS displays. Lead from the front, drive tight targets, and ensure quality while coordinating with sales, purchase, and prototyping teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hands-on, high-pressure manufacturing roles.
• Held senior production positions in companies with 100-200 Cr+ annual turnover.
• Preferably experienced in furniture, fixtures, POS displays, or similar industries.
• Naturally inclined to solve problems, manage chaos, and get things done.
• Comfortable with targets, timelines, and trade-offs without compromising on quality.
• You lead from the front, and your team respects that.

• End-to-end production planning from order intake to dispatch.
• Floor execution thats lean, fast, and deadline-driven.
• Cross-functional coordination with sales, purchase, and prototyping teams.
• Setting up and refining SOPs that scale under pressure.
• Keeping a pulse on TATs, OTIFs, material movement, WIP, and capacity planning.
• Leading the floor like its a mission because it is.
