Reliabletechsys is seeking an experienced Manufacturing professional to lead Production Planning & Execution for electronics/RF products in Telangana. You will plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production activities, allocate resources, monitor progress, and drive on-time delivery while coordinating with stores, engineering, QA and other departments.

• 7–12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling and execution.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of BOMs, process specs and quality controls.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Allocate manpower, machines, materials, and resources effectively.
• Monitor production progress and take corrective action for delays.
• Coordinate with stores, purchase, engineering, quality, and other departments.
• Supervise production of electronic assemblies, PCBs, control panels, wiring harnesses, and other electronic products.
• Monitor processes such as PCB assembly, soldering, testing, inspection, and final assembly.
• Identify and resolve production-related technical issues.
• Plan manpower requirements based on production schedules.
• Assign work to production operators, technicians, and supervisors.
• Monitor employee productivity and performance.
• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with Stores and Purchase to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of components.
• Identify shortages and communicate requirements in advance.
• Monitor production costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses.
• Improve manpower and machine utilization.
• Reduce wastage, rework, rejection, and downtime.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment availability and fault minimization.
• Maintain production records and reports; track KPIs such as output, rejection rate, rework, and on-time delivery.

• Quality ControlEnsure products meet required quality standards and specifications.Work closely with the Quality team to reduce defects, rework, and rejection rates.Investigate production defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.Ensure proper inspection and testing at different stages of production.
• Manpower ManagementPlan manpower requirements based on production schedules.Assign work to production operators, technicians, and supervisors.Monitor employee productivity and performance.Train employees on production processes, safety, quality, and work instructions.Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Material & Inventory CoordinationCoordinate with Stores and Purchase teams to ensure timely availability of components and materials.Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.Ensure proper handling and storage of electronic components.Identify shortages and communicate material requirements in advance.
• Production Cost & EfficiencyMonitor production costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses.Improve manpower and machine utilization.Reduce material wastage, rework, rejection, and downtime.Implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Maintenance & EquipmentCoordinate with the maintenance team to ensure production equipment is available and functional.Monitor machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of production and testing equipment.
