Job summary

HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to oversee skincare, cosmetics, and oral care manufacturing operations.

You will manage production processes, ensure product quality, and optimize efficiency while maintaining compliance with industry standards. You will lead production planning, supervise staff, monitor GMP adherence, coordinate with R&D, QA, and regulatory teams, and maintain accurate production documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production management in cosmetics/skincare/oral care.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA and ISO regulations for cosmetic manufacturing.
• Proficiency in production planning, lean manufacturing, and process optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Implement and monitor production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Manage and train production staff to ensure high performance and SOP adherence.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and supply chain teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth operations.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality control, and regulatory teams for new product development and compliance.
• Maintain accurate production reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Ensure the workplace follows health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.
