Job summary

Aminu Skincare is seeking a Production Coordinator for its Gujarat facility to manage process and ensure product quality across storage, handling and production. You will coordinate with R&D and QC, schedule batches, track materials, and liaise with AV D for pilot, scale-up and bulk runs, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining AMINU brand standards.

Location Baroda, Gujarat; on-field role with travel to HQ as needed.

Qualifications

• Background in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry or Pharmacy.
• 3-4 years of experience in skincare R&D.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating with external manufacturing partners (AVD).

Responsibilities

• Maintain environmental and process conditions to ensure product quality across storage, handling, and production.
• Manage dispensing and documentation of raw materials as per production and R&D plans, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Track inventory usage and forecast raw material and packaging needs aligned with batch plans, timelines, and launches.
• Coordinate with external manufacturing partners (AVD) to execute pilot, scale-up, and bulk batches in line with approved formulations, SOPs, and quality standards, while proactively flagging and resolving risks, deviations, or delays.
• Align batch schedules, manpower readiness, and material availability across teams.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between AVD and internal R&D, QC, and operations teams for day-to-day production communication.
• Support R&D trials, scale-up learnings, in-process controls, post-production QC, and documentation of observations, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, quality consistency, and production scalability.
• Uphold and represent AMINU’s professional and brand standards at all times.

Manufacturing Facility

Full-Time

We are looking for an Production Coordinator from the personal care industry who will primarily focus on process management at our manufacturing facility in Gujarat and act as a key point of contact between our team and the facility. The intent is for this team member to support the facility in scaling up production batches, with a strong focus on quality control and process alignment.

What you will do:

What we’re looking for:

• A background in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Skincare/Personal Care Research and Development.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, safety testing, and regulatory frameworks.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• A curious mind that loves experimenting, learning, and solving problems.
• Passion for sustainability and skincare innovation.
