Job summary

HCP Wellness Private Limited seeks an experienced Inventory Control Manager to optimize inventory accuracy across manufacturing and warehousing. You will oversee cycle counts, reconciliations, and reporting while aligning with production forecasts and client demands.

The role requires strong ERP/SAP/Zoho Inventory proficiency, advanced Excel, and knowledge of GMP/ISO standards in cosmetics manufacturing. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in inventory control or supply chain are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP, SAP, Zoho Inventory) is required.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and warehouse management principles.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) are essential.
• Data analysis and inventory forecasting abilities are needed.
• Understanding GMP, ISO, and quality standards in cosmetic manufacturing is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage inventory control systems, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee daily inventory operations including raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure inventory availability and accuracy.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Maintain inventory levels in alignment with production forecasts and client demands.
• Implement best practices to reduce inventory holding costs and improve space utilization.
• Generate inventory reports and KPIs for management review.
• Manage inventory software and tools (ERP systems).
• Train and supervise warehouse and inventory staff.

Position Overview:

The Inventory Control Manager will oversee all aspects of inventory accuracy, tracking, and optimization across our manufacturing and warehousing operations. This role ensures that materials and finished goods are efficiently managed to meet production demands and client deliveries while minimizing waste and holding costs.
