Job summary

Quality HR India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Production Incharge for the Paint Shop in Vapi to lead metallizing and painting operations. You will plan production, manage manpower, monitor machine performance, and ensure on-time completion of production targets.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience in metalizing and painting, with a diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical. SAP knowledge is a plus, and your focus will be on quality, safety, and 5S on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of production experience in metallizing and painting.
• Experience in planning and coordinating with QA, maintenance, stores.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities for metallizing and painting.
• Plan production as per customer requirements and production targets.
• Handle manpower allocation and monitor operator performance.
• Ensure proper machine operation, process parameters, and production schedules.
• Monitor quality of metallized and painted products and minimize rejection/rework.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
• Ensure proper material availability and timely completion of production.
• Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.
• Implement 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
• Identify production issues and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
