Job summary

Anjraj Talent Network is hiring a senior production leader to oversee LV/MV switchboard manufacturing in Chennai. You will plan manpower, machines, and schedules while driving quality, cost and delivery targets using Lean/5S/Kaizen principles.

The role requires 15–20 years in switchboard production with 5+ years in a leadership position managing 200+ staff and strong SAP/ERP and EHS knowledge. Diploma/BE in Electrical or Mechanical is expected.
