Job summary

Lawson Fuses in Nashik is seeking a result-oriented Production Planning Leader to oversee daily plant operations for switchgear assembly. You will coordinate production planning, monitor Plan vs Actual using D365, and drive manpower optimization to meet monthly targets.

You will lead TPM, Kaizen and 6S initiatives, mentor contract operators, and ensure quality and safety KPIs are achieved across lines. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical
• Minimum 4+ years for BE & 7+ years for Diploma working experience in similar industry.
• Self-driven individual with business acumen.
• Skill manpower handling - white collar & blue collar.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP/D365 System- production declaration processing in the system.
• Experience in Production planning & execution at large industry.

Job Purpose

Manufacturing of switchgear (RMU) – various types of products.

Monitoring of the shop floor assembly activities as per the customer requirement / Specification to complete the assembly.

Identification & monitoring of shop floor manpower as per the monthly operation plan. (Manpower planning as per monthly plan, manpower Utilisation, prod. efficiency)

To monitor the Daily/weekly/monthly manpower as per production plan.

Review with the operator’s feedback & corrective actions.

Monitoring & conducting systems parameters of quality & safety as per target.

Key Accountabilities

Job Context
