Thermolab Scientific Equipment Pvt Ltd is seeking a Production Head responsible for planning and controlling the production schedule to ensure on-time completion. The role involves active factory production planning, coordinating with sales on delivery dates, and managing shipping schedules to meet commitments.

Key duties include creating WIP reports, providing status updates to the manager, driving development processes, and collaborating with design and internal teams to engineer products

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• Proficiency with PC applications and ERP/SAP.
• Experience in production planning and shop floor operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedule for on-time completion and shipping schedule for on-time delivery.
• Take an active role in factory production planning and coordinate with sales for delivery dates.
• Create and manage WIP reports and provide status updates to the direct manager.
• Drive development processes and partner with design teams for product development approvals.
• Ensure products are engineered within cost parameters and track milestones to meet deadlines.

• Identify and address key concerns that may alter or impact production schedule
• Manage shipping schedule for on-time delivery
• Coordinate with sales team for delivery dates

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage WIP report for tracking development
• Provide status reports to direct manager
• Drive development process
• Partner with design team for product development approval
• Partner with internal teams to engineer products within cost parameters
• Track development milestones to meet established deadlines
