Job summary

USV Private Limited in Gujarat, India is seeking a skilled Granulation machine operator to support batch manufacturing activities in the Formulation Plant.

You will monitor process parameters, ensure line clearance, perform equipment cleaning per SOPs, and maintain strict cGMP safety standards.

This role requires 3–7 years of experience, a Diploma/ITI, and active participation in line changeovers and material movement.

Qualifications

Assist in batch manufacturing activities as per BMR and approved SOPs.
Monitor and record process parameters during granulation.
Perform equipment cleaning and area sanitation as per SOP and cGMP guidelines.
Ensure proper line clearance before starting any batch activity.
Report any deviations, breakdowns, or abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE during operations.
Support in line changeover and material movement activities.
