Job summary

Milan Laboratories in Dahej, Gujarat, invites applications for experienced Granulation Operators to join our Production (OSD) team. The role requires hands-on experience in granulation and a solid understanding of cGMP and safety practices within pharmaceutical manufacturing.

You will operate and monitor Granulation equipment such as RMG, FBD, Multi Mill, and Vibro Sifter, ensure line clearance, maintain documentation, and collaborate with QA and other departments to ensure smooth production.

Qualifications

• Experience in granulation operations in OSD manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs and documentation practices.
• Able to work in shifts and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform granulation activities per BMR/BPR and SOPs.
• Operate and monitor granulation equipment (RMG, FBD, Multi Mill, Vibro Sifter).
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP, SOPs and EHS guidelines.
• Carry out line clearance before and after batch processing.
• Record production activities accurately in batch documents.
• Coordinate with QA, Warehouse and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and production area.
• Report equipment abnormalities or process deviations to supervisor.

We are looking for experienced Granulation Operators to join our Production (OSD) team. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in granulation operations and a good understanding of cGMP and safety practices in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform granulation activities as per BMR/BPR and SOPs.
• Operate and monitor granulation equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), Multi Mill, and Vibro Sifter.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and EHS guidelines.
• Carry out line clearance before and after batch processing.
• Record production activities accurately in batch documents.
• Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and production area.
• Report any equipment abnormalities or process deviations to the supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 2 - 5 Years in Pharmaceutical Production (OSD Granulation)
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc.
• Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment will be preferred.
