Job summary

Granules India invites applications for a Granulation Operator at our Gagillapur facility in Hyderabad. You will operate granulation equipment, monitor batch manufacturing, and ensure compliance with cGMP and safety procedures. Relevant experience and mechanical/electrical ITI or diploma or B.Sc.

chemistry background preferred. The role requires hands-on operation of RMG, FBD, Multi Mill, Sifter, and Blenders, with a focus on quality checks and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or B.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent.
• 2 to 6 years of relevant Granulation operations experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Good documentation, communication and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Granulation equipment including RMG, FBD, Multi Mill, Sifter and Blenders as per batch manufacturing records.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing instructions, SOPs, safety procedures and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform in-process checks to maintain quality and record observations accurately.
• Maintain proper cleaning, maintenance and housekeeping of equipment and work area.
• Report any equipment malfunction or deviation to the concerned department.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering and Maintenance.

Job Description:
We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Formulation Manufacturing team as Granulation Operators. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in handling granulation equipment and ensuring smooth execution of batch manufacturing processes in a pharmaceutical setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Granulation equipment including RMG (Rapid Mixer Granulator), FBD (Fluid Bed Dryer), Multi Mill, Sifter, and Blenders as per batch manufacturing records.
  
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing instructions, SOPs, safety procedures, and cGMP guidelines.
  
• Perform in-process checks to maintain quality standards and record observations accurately.
  
• Maintain proper cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping of equipment and work area.
  
• Report any equipment malfunction or deviation immediately to the concerned department.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, and Maintenance for smooth operations.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or B.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent.
