• Production Planning & Execution: Prepare and manage daily and weekly production schedules across all departments and machines.
• Monitoring & Data Management: Maintain accurate records, track efficiency and wastage, and generate reports.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, Sales and Dispatch for timely material and delivery.
• Manpower Management: Plan and allocate workforce, conduct training, monitor shift performance and safety.

Purpose of the Role

The Production Executive is responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of all production activities across machines and departments. This role demands technical expertise in offset printing or packaging processes, strong scheduling skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams for a smooth and efficient workflow.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Diploma in Printing Technology (preferred)
• Industry Experience: 58 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably in the printing or packaging industry

Language Proficiency

• Good command of English and Kannada
• Knowledge of Hindi or Tamil is an added advantage

Computer Proficiency (Mandatory)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with using the internet and emails for communication and reporting

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution

   Prepare and manage daily and weekly production schedules across all departments and machines

   Ensure maximum machine utilization and minimum downtime

   Adjust production plans in real-time based on delays, material issues, or machine breakdowns

   Coordinate across departments: Pre-press, Printing, Coating, Punching, and Packaging for smooth transitions

2. Monitoring & Data Management

   Maintain accurate records through all stages of production

   Track and report on efficiency, wastage, and job completion timelines

   Generate daily and weekly reports for performance review

3. Cross-Department Coordination

   Coordinate with the Stores & Purchase team to ensure timely availability of materials

   Work with the Maintenance department for preventive and corrective machine servicing

   Align with Sales & Dispatch to meet customer delivery timelines

4. Manpower Management

   Plan and allocate workforce based on production schedules

   Conduct training sessions to enhance skill levels of operators and staff

   Monitor shift performance, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and maintain quality standards
