Job summary

Honeycomb Creative Support in Bangalore is seeking a Print Production Executive/Coordinator with 2–7 years of experience. You will handle end-to-end print production for fine art, photography, and canvas prints, and coordinate with customers to meet specifications and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities include operating large-format printers, color corrections, file preparation, and ensuring quality checks. On-site role with inventory and logistics coordination.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Printing Technology or related field.
• 2–7 years of experience in print production or related environments.
• Hands-on experience with large-format printers and print finishing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end print production for fine art prints, photography prints, canvas prints, and related print projects.
• Operate and monitor large-format printers to ensure high-quality output.
• Prepare print files by checking artwork specifications, dimensions, color profiles, and print settings.
• Perform color correction, print calibration, and quality checks to maintain production standards.
• Coordinate directly with customers to understand print requirements, clarify specifications, and provide production updates.
• Manage production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
• Maintain inventory of printing media, inks, and other production supplies.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of printers and production equipment.
• Ensure the production area is organized and follows quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with logistics for packing and dispatch of completed orders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate or Diploma holder in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or any relevant discipline.
• 2–7 years of experience in print production, digital printing, photography printing, signage, or a similar production environment.
• Hands-on experience with large-format printers and print finishing equipment.
• Good understanding of color management, print materials, media types, and production workflows.
• Familiarity with **Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator**, or other basic design software will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality output.
• Ability to manage multiple production jobs and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in the printing, photography, advertising, or creative industry will be preferred.
