Job summary

Rm Shah Management Consultants seeks a Production Engineer to manage day-to-day production and a team of machine operators in Silvassa. The role focuses on efficiency, output, and reducing manufacturing costs while improving quality and reducing defects.

The candidate should hold a Diploma or ITI with strong academic records and be willing to relocate and work in rotating shifts. Freshers are welcome, with expansion plans to hire 15 engineers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical or Industrial.
• ITI in any trade accepted as alternate.
• Must have 60% or above in all academic exams (10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day production responsibilities.
• Lead a team of machine operators.
• Focus on efficiency and output improvements.
• Reduce manufacturing costs.
• Improve product quality and minimize defects.
• Company plans to recruit 15 production engineers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should be Diploma in any discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Industrial)
• OR Candidate can be ITI (Any Trade)
• MUST - He should have scored atleast 60% and above in ALL his Academic exams 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma. (Candidate with below 60 % marks please DONOT apply.)
• 0-2 years of experience. Freshers can also apply.
• He should be willing to relocate to Silvassa and work in rotating Shifts.
