As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes, contributing to the overall quality and output of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the production line, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
  
• Monitor production processes and identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
  
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and report any major issues to senior engineers or maintenance personnel.
  
• Contribute to the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including logs, reports, and documentation of any deviations or issues encountered.
  
• Assist in the collection and analysis of production data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  
• Participate in training programs to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.
  
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma
  
• Fresher to 1 year of experience in a production environment
  
• Must be able to handle day-to-day production activities under supervision.
  
• Must be able to maintain production documentation accurately and efficiently.
  
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and principles
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
