Job summary

You will set and adjust processing parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time for injection molding and extrusion machinery, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Your role includes performing root cause analysis on defective parts (warping, flash, short shots) to fix quality problems and coordinating with maintenance for routine mold and machine

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling production to meet output targets.
• Ability to set and adjust processing parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time).
• Experience troubleshooting machine issues in plastics manufacturing.
