Job summary

Washmatic India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead scheduling and workflow optimization to meet targets in our Ghaziabad facility. You will oversee procurement, inventory control of raw materials, and the assembly process to maintain quality and efficient operations.

The role involves supervising production lines, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. A relevant engineering degree and hands-on production experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of production experience, preferably in refrigerators or air conditioning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Word and Excel (MS Office).
