Job summary

Sandfits Foundries Private Limited in Tamil Nadu seeks a skilled Machine Shop Engineer to oversee daily production on the assembly line, ensure targets and safety standards are met, and lead a team of operators.

You will optimize workflows, resolve production issues, and contribute to high-quality components for global customers. Experience with CNC/VMC, vision systems, SCADA, and HMI operation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5–15 years of CNC/VMC manufacturing and vision systems experience.
• Experience with vision systems and automation is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities on the assembly line to meet targets and quality standards.
• Manage a team of operators and optimize workflow for efficiency.
• Resolve operational issues to maintain production performance.

The Role

The Machine Shop Engineer is responsible for overseeing daily production activities on the assembly line, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role involves managing a team of operators, optimizing workflow, and resolving operational issues to maintain efficiency.
