Job summary

People Media Factory LLP is seeking a Production Coordinator for VFX in Hyderabad. The role focuses on coordinating shot progress, schedules, and artist assignments, ensuring timely delivery across Tollywood features and OTT projects.

You will manage data in ShotGrid/FTrack and Excel/Google Sheets, communicate across teams, and flag risks to leadership. 3–8+ years experience in VFX coordination is preferred, with Tollywood exposure highly regarded.

People Media Factory creates film and digital content, including feature films and OTT projects. Our VFX production teams coordinate across departments to deliver high-quality shots and sequences on schedule.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Production Coordinator with strong VFX pipeline knowledge and experience managing schedules, shot progress, artist assignments, and communication across teams.

What You’ll Do

• Track shots from turnover through final delivery.
• Coordinate schedules, priorities, and handoffs across VFX departments.
• Maintain production data in ShotGrid, FTrack, Excel, or similar tools.
• Share progress reports and flag delivery risks to production leadership.
• Coordinate reviews and communicate feedback to artists and supervisors.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience for mid‑level; 5–8+ years for senior‑level roles.
• Experience in Tollywood feature films is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of workflows across Roto/Prep, Matchmove, Animation, FX, Lighting, Compositing, and CG.
• Proficiency with ShotGrid or FTrack, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong planning, communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills.
• Experience coordinating large artist teams is an advantage.
