Responsibilities

• Schedule production runs, coordinate with logistics and procurement, supervise staff.
• Ensure products meet customer requirements and company standards.
• Maintain equipment and machinery, ensuring regular servicing and safety compliance.

• Perform data analysis onproduction and quality results, monitor process capability and defect trends,and recommend corrective actions or process optimization within plasticextrusion operations.
• Support continuousimprovement initiatives by researching and proposing enhancements toproduction efficiency, part quality, scrap reduction, and compliance withindustry best practices.
• Oversee in-process productioninspections, ensuring operators follow standardized checklists, processparameters, and quality control procedures throughout plastic manufacturingcycles.
• Manageplant’s daily operations, including scheduling production runs, coordinatingwith logistics and procurement teams, and supervising production staff.
• Monitorproduction processes and quality control measures to ensure that productsmeet customer requirements and company standards.
• Overseethe maintenance of equipment and machinery, ensuring that they arewell-maintained and serviced regularly.
• Ensurethe plant adheres to safety regulations and environmental policies,maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.

Qualification
