Job summary

Gravita India Ltd, a leading recycling industry company, invites an Internal Auditor to join the Jaipur office. The role requires hands-on auditing across departments, testing of controls, and collaboration with management to strengthen processes. Travel to national/international locations is expected.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience and qualifications like CA/MBA/M.Com/B.Tech/CMA. SAP experience is essential.

Qualifications

• CA/CA (Inter) - Dropouts only / MBA / M.Com /B.Tech/ CMA
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience in manufacturing industry

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audit reviews of departments and processes to assess internal controls and compliance
• Perform audit procedures including testing of controls, IFC audit, document examination, and interviews
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations and action plans
• Collaborate with management to implement control measures and process improvements
• Stay updated with laws, regulations, accounting standards and best practices
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely resolution
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Research risk management effectiveness and document results using Word and Excel
• Hands-on experience in SAP is a must

Key Responsibilities

:

• Conduct internal audit reviews of various departments and processes to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, accuracy of financial records,and compliance with company policies.
• Perform audit procedures, including testing of controls IFC audit,document examination, analytical procedures, and interviews with relevantpersonnel.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, which include findings,recommendations, and action plans to address identified control deficiencies.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implementappropriate control measures and process enhancements.
• Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, accounting standards,and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide guidance to theorganization.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timelyresolution of identified issues.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits to verify the accuracy of physicalstock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Researching and assessing how well riskmanagement processes are working and recording the results using softwaresuch as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Hands on experience in SAP is a must.

Other Responsibilities

:

• Requires frequent traveling to multiple National/International locations.
