Job summary

Highway Roop Precision Technologies in Haryana (Gurugram) is seeking a production supervisor to oversee and optimize operations across multiple shifts. You will drive operator skill development and ensure timely achievement of targets while managing CNC, VMC and SPM machines for efficient manufacturing.

Responsibilities include ensuring targets within timelines, generating production reports, and leading continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and loss elimination.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing production lines across two/three shifts.
• Ability to drive cost control and meet targets.
• Knowledge of CNC, VMC and SPM machines.
