Job summary

Responsibilities

• Media preparation.
• FSIP (Full Sterilization in process).
• ESIP (Empty Sterilization in process).
• Seed preparation.
• Handling harvesting process.
• Handling whole fermentation process (Monitoring/ observing fermenter during production batch).
• Handling of autoclave for material preparation. Looking after autoclave setting & troubleshooting.
• IPQC using microscope, spectrophotometer, pH meter.
• Microscopy checks for all samples, seed, 0” hour media count.
• Handling Centrifugation process/Operating.
• Monitoring lyophilisation during lyophilisation cycle.
• CP batch preparation.
• Lyophilisation loading & unloading.
• Filling TRF & sample handover to QC department for testing.
• BMR filling.
• DMRD media Blending & Preparation.
• Fermenter cleaning –Acid wash, NaOH wash.
• Handling boiler, water purification system, compressor and HVAC.
