Kalyan Jewellers is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Production Associate - Servicing to join our dynamic team. With 3-5 years of proven work experience, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our production process and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the production process across the entire project lifecycle.
• Create a production schedule and ensure that all shoot processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Plan personnel activity, assign tasks and adjust workflow and schedules accordingly.
• Organize and manage shoot data and filing systems to ensure accessibility and accuracy of information.
• Analyze production data and use this information to develop strategies that will improve production efficiency.
• Collaborate with the management team in the development of shoot plans.
• Ensure production processes across all departments and facilities are running smoothly.
• Manage the budget for the production department and monitor spending to ensure that it is kept within the allocated limits.
• Monitor the shoot process to identify areas of improvement and take action to address any issues.
