The Production Assistant / Deputy Manager will be responsible for supervising day-to-day production operations, ensuring adherence to cGMP guidelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. This requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive productivity in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities as per schedules.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Supervise production teams and ensure effective manpower utilization.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and engineering teams for smooth production operations.
